Finger Lakes Heartland

A three-day tour
115 miles

Day One
54 miles; moderate to strenuous cycling
Rolling terrain with one steep hill

This tour begins at the corner of Castle and Exchange Streets in Geneva's commercial district. Because there are no food sources until you reach the village of Trumansburg (forty miles from Geneva), you should bring food with you.
This day's ride ends at Dewitt Park, a convenient central location adjacent to Buffalo and Cayuga Streets in Ithaca.

Day Two
27 miles; moderate cycling
Rolling terrain with one long gradual hill

There are a few grocery stores and restaurants along today's route, but it may be more convenient to stop at any one of Ithaca's numerous bakeries and delis for food to carry with you.
The ride ends at the Aurora Inn.

Day Three
33.5 miles; easy to moderate cycling
Mostly level with some rolling terrain

There's a small grocery store in Aurora and opportunities to shop or dine throughout today's ride.
The tour ends at the corner of Castle and Exchange Streets where this tour began 115 miles before.
