A day spent circling Owasco Lake can make one believe that the lake was created especially for cyclists. Eleven-mile-long Owasco, shortest of the six major Finger Lakes, provides a sparkling backdrop throughout most of your day, yet it is short enough to leave you time to enjoy the beautiful parks at the lake's either end.
