Ithaca is located at the south end of Cayuga Lake, in the Center of the Finger Lakes Region. The area has many theaters, galleries, museums and cultural events. The four state parks provide miles of trails for hiking and cycling. Taughannock Falls State Park surrounds a majestic 215-foot waterfall, three stories taller than Niagara Falls. Favorite activities in the area are hiking, cycling, boating, fishing, visiting museums and galleries and dining in Ithaca’s many fabulous restautants. Ithaca is a short distance from many great wineries.
